Loriah's Low Sodium Cream of Broccoli Soup

1/2  lb.		Broccoli Florets
1/2  cup		Fresh Vidalia Onions-Chopped
1		Garlic Clove
1-1/2  cups		Water
1  tablespoon		Tamari Soy Sauce
2  teaspoons		Fresh Tarragon
8  fl. oz.		Eden Organic Edensoy Unsweetened Soy Milk

Place the broccoli florets in a large saucepan together with the onion, garlic and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat a little and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Transfer to a food processor and process until smooth. Return the soup to the saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
