My schedule eating times are 6-7 times aday it will be very hard cause of the hours im working!
Breakfast/Snack @ 6am -Eggs or Egg Whites , Wheat toast, Fruit Bowl, Protein bar or 100 Cal Bar, Canadian Bacon
Snack @ 8:30am-Veggie Sticks, fruit bowl, 100cal bar
Snack @ 12pm-Cheese Stick, yogurt
Dinner/Snack @ 2:30pm (No Bread after 2:30pm) Whatever i'll be working after work
lunch/Snack @ 4:30pm (No Fruit after 4:30
