So this is the first day of my diet and exercise plan and I am having real trouble getting motivated. I have already eaten too much and almost used my calories for the whole day.
I need to find an exercise or activity to do to burn some calories. I would like to take a walk, but it's so cold outside right now. I am hoping it will warm up soon so me and my daughter can get outside and move around.
