How are we all?

Better than myself I hope.

You see the other day when I went out with Jason for our bike ride I did not realise how much extra my muscles had worked.

I woke up yesterday feeling a little sore and slightly stiff however today I have woken up in a lot more pain and more stiff than yesterday.

I think it was more the Pilates than the cycling however I do believe the cycling did not really help it much.

Well I have to admit that it is taking a little bit of getting use to the fact that this website runs on American time and not Australian (I know there is different time zones within America also).

Ok so about a week ago I got on the scales to discover I weigh more than I ever have.

I'm 28, currently unemployed, have no children and am recently engaged. I have always averaged about 60-65 kg (132lb-143lb) but now I am 80 kg (176lb)

I know that this isn't much compared to some however for me its a 20kg difference and 2-3 dress sizes more than what I'm use to.
