WOW I have finally lost enough weight to see it on the scale. Since October 2011 I have lost almost 8 lbs but have had problems with weight gain but now it is finally going away. I have been eating less and trying to eat more healthy and less junk and sweets and still little to no exercise except for some walking but I am starting to feel better. I am 10 1/2 lbs away from one of my goal weights I thought I would start slow with trying to set a goal weight b/c I felt I wasn't gettt...

losing weight and it showing

I feel that I am losing weight but it is not showing on the scale like I would like for it too...I am slacking off the "junk food" and eating more healthy foods....I am seeing some changes in my body with the weight loss but not the way that I would like to right now....made the first step to exercising outside the house the other day by getting out and walking a mile I wasn't hurting or dieing like I thought I would be doing when I got done I actually felt really good a...

losing weight and proud

I am starting to lose weight and I can see it in my body. I was beginning to think that I wasn't losing any b/c the scale wasn't showing anything that I was losing but when I got on the scale this morning it finally showed that I was losing. My body is showing more and more that I am losing the weight but not the way I want it to in the main places I want it to show but it takes time seeing how I am not exercising that much outside the house. trying to get in the routine.

I am trying so hard to get into the routine of watching what I eat and exercising daily but with little to no energy and little motivation it is so hard to get it going. I am trying to record what I eat and drink to see if that will help me some to kind of stay on track with that and maybe start taking off some of these pounds.
