I am so ready to start a new year and new me.  I'm tired of the anxiety, stress, depression and carrying around this excess weight along with the associated health problems.  I didn't want to make a "lose weight" resolution.  I NEED to eat better, I NEED to exercise more, I NEED to take better care of myself physically and mentally.
