Well, here I go again. Back on the treadmill. Any body out there have any effective tips on STICKING WITH a daily plan? I'm motivated, yet I seem to get sidetracked with other 'important stuff'.
I've never attempted a buddy system before (I'd heard that that is a definite motivator, yet none of the gyms I belong to seem to have a 'buddy' system; hence: why I'm here).
So, are there any 'buddies' out in cyber space who would like to take on a somewhat newbie? I just think I need the right motivation....
