I'm just starting an exercising program and I'm gonna do my very best to stick with it this time. I'm hoping this helps me....I'm working out on the treadmill to start off with beginning my first 5 min. warming up @ 3mph. Then I do 3.8-4.0 mph for 35min straight then cool down at 2.5mph for the last 5 min. Total workout time is 45min.
