do you have the wii? If you do get or borrow the wii plus or sports. you can do the wii ahen your kids go down for a nap. and just watch what you eat. and always write down what you eat. that helps I dont know why but it does and you should lose some weight. keep me posted and we can become diet buddys. I am having such a hard time losing the weight. I hurt my back at work. and I went for a back operation. I gained 40 lbs in two years. I have never been this heavy. I walk every day for a mile, I ride my stationary bike for 5min. I have lost a little weight. Keep me posted on my wall. I would like to hear from you. You can do it.

hi i need some help i ahve 2 kids in the last 2 yr and need to loos some fat be for i get married 9-25-10 can you help i am a stay at home mom so i need some thing i can do with my kids or at nap time thank you if you can help
