help me?
It's really hard to me to start working out and attempting to lose weight. I'm diagnosed with diabetes and apparently need to lose a lot of weight. Does anyone know of any full body work outs they can share to help me?

good thought
I may try this myself. I used to dance a lot when the kids were young. Folding laundry with the stereo on. I guess I could do the same with an Ipod.

Curves
I am really enjoying Curves especially now that school is out and I can get there more regularly. There seems to be ladies there of all ages and sizes.

To Dakotakane
Yes you are right. Dancing is a great way to stay in shape, cheer up and give us new friends. I was in a street dance do covid group. Now I am repeating the moves I’ve learned and looking for new choreography on the net. I could advise beginners to look for dance lessons on YouTube. Then you can independently find music on the site and download mp3. I enjoy using this free resource for my hobby. I look forward to when my dance school will be open again to everyone)
