Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil 9 x 13 baking dish with canola oil spray.

In large bowl, combine the oats, cereal, flour, ground almond, bakign soda, cinnamon and cream of tartar.

In separate bowl, combine the agave, apple juice vanilla and almond extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir well to combine.

Firmly press dough into the bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle sliced almond on top, if desired.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool in pan for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
