In large skillet, melt butter. Add rice, set aside seasoning packet, and lightly brown rice. Add water, rice seasoning packet and spinach. Cover and reduce heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove cover, add fish fillets to top, recover and continue cooking until fish is done, about 15 minutes. Top each fillet with toasted almonds.
