Directions:  
1 cup almond flour
1 egg
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp coconut milk or half and half if you don't have coconut milk.

Prepare soup of your choice.

While cooking the soup, mix the almond flour, baking powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Then add the egg and coconut milk or half and half, mixing well.

Now roll the dumpling dough into 16 small balls and drop in the soup. They will expand in your soup, so make them the size of a teaspoon. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
