Preheat the oven to 325º.

In large bowl mix the above ingredients setting aside 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for later.

In small bowl mix the saved 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar together. Grease 2 large loaf pans and dust with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. (Save the left over cinnamon/sugar mixture.)

Pour batter into the loaf pans. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on the top.

Bake for 1 hour in 325º oven. Cool until bread loosens evenly from sides of the pan. Turn out onto a plate.
