Mix all ingredients into starter.

Grease or spray with PAM - bottom of 2 loaf pans or 9 X 13 pan.

Dust with flour.

If using loaf pans divide batter evenly into the 2 pans or just spread batter evenly in 9 X 13 pan

You may sprinkle a little splenda mixed with cinnamon on top for a special treat.

Bake loaf pans approx 1 hour or 9 X 13 pan approx 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in loaf pans until loosened from pan Turn out of dish -
for 9 X 13 - cool and serve right from pan.
