Directions:  
1 - Preheat oven to 375F
2 - Combine jelly, lemon juice and spices in a bowl and blend well.
3 - Pplace tenderloin on a rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray and place in a shallow baking dish.
4 - Brush tenderloin with half the apply jelly mixture. Roast 20 to 30 minutes per pound, or until a meat thermometer registers 155F.
5 - Let Stand 5 to 10 minutes
6 - Clean and core apples. Slice into thin rings. Place apple slices on broiler pan and brush with remaining apple jelly mixture.
7 - Broil about 5 minutes or until apples slices are tender, about 6 inches from heat source.
8 - Slice tenderloin and serve with cooked apple slices
