2-1/2  tablespoons
 
1/8  teaspoon

Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3 gala or honey crisp apples, slice up the apples, put in pie pan.
sprinkle with cinnamon and toss the apples with the cinnamon
you can add nutmeg and clove as well
1tsp vanilla
1tsp stevia sprinkled on top
1tsp coconut oil, break it in pieces and drop little bits around the apples.
2-3 TB almond flour sprinkled on top, you don't have to coat the whole thing.
1 tsp of coconut oil and break off little pieces and drop around the apples.
1/8tsp sea salt sprinkled around the apples
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.

Extra: Truwhip mixed with 1/2 scoop whey protein
