mix dry ingredients together with whisk in non metal bowl

add 2 cups warm water and mix together with spatula. dough will be very sticky

cover with plastic wrap and set aside at least 12 to24 hours. ( dough will have tiny bubbles on top when ready

cover moistened cutting board with plastic wrap and sprinkle generouly with flour

using spatula plop dough onto floured surface

using flour on fingers just gather dough into a oblong shape

cover and let rest / rise until double about 1 hour.

preheat to 425 degrees,

turn dough onto metal sheet pan sprayed with a cooking spray and sprinkle a little corn meal on it. place in oven and cook 25 minutes or until done....
