Ingredients:  Makes 10 servings (2-1/2 each)

Chop/shred all vegetables and put in large mixing bowl.
Add rainins and parsley.
Stir or toss together.
Mix sugar, oil and vinegar in small bowl and pour over slaw.
Mix well.
Adjust vinegar and sugar to taste.
Chill, serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
