Combine seasonings in a bowl. Rub spices into beef. Let meat set refrigerated for at least 20 minutes for spices to blend. (Meat can be refrigerated overnight before grilling.)

Cook beef over medium heat in covered grill 30 to 40 minutes per 1 lb. Turn occasionally, until meat thermometer reads 140°F.
