Whisk together bbq sauce, garlic, mustard, lime juice, vinegar and black peppr. Whisk in olive oil and set aside.

Heat grill or pan to med-high heat. Lightly spray chicken, corn, peppers and zucchini with Pam and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken and veggies on grill. Abot 2 minutes per side for veggies and about 5 minutes per side for chicken. Remove and set aside.

In large bowl add romaine, beans and onion. Cut corn from cobs and add to bowl. Cut peppers, zcii and chicken into bite sized poeces and add to bowl. Pour bbq dressing on top and toss. Add avocado and cilatro.
