BL Chili

3  cups		yellow onion, chopped
1-1/4  lb.		lean ground turkey
1  lb.		lean ground beef
56  ounces		of tomatoes
15  ounces		chili beans
30  ounces		black beans
2  tablespoons		chopped garlic
1  ounce		Chili powder
1  teaspoon		ground cumin
1  teaspoon		mustard
1/2  cup		sliced black olives
1/2  cup		chopped green onions
15  ounces		Bush's Best Chili Beans-Hot Sauce (Red Beans in Chili Sauce)
1  teaspoon		Oregano - Dried, Leaves

Coat a large sauce pan with a few sprays of olive oil cooking spray. Add the onions and cook over medium-high heat until they are soft and starting to brown. Add the ground turkey and beef and cook over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat with a spoon, for about 10 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, chili and black beans, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin, and mustard. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with olives and green onions.
