Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place Canadian bacon on bottom of lightly buttered single serving baking dish.
Carefully break egg into dish. Sprinkle cheese over top of raw egg.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until whites are just set and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
