2-1/2  teaspoons
 
2  tablespoons
 
2/3  cup
 
 
5  cups
 
1/8  teaspoon
 
1  teaspoon
 
1/4  cup
 
1  teaspoon

Directions:

Heat evaporated milk to 95 degrees

Mix 1/3 cup of warm evaporated milk and yeast and set aside for 5 minutes

Mix remaining warm evaporated milk, butter, and sugar and add to the yeast mix

Sit in eggs, salt, nutmeg, and flour into mixture with a fork

Knead dough until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl

Cover and let sit in a warm place for 1 hour

Punch dough down and roll out to 1/2 inch thick

Use donut cutter to cut out donuts and let stand on parchment lined cookie sheets for 45 minutes

Preheat over to 375 degrees and bake donuts until the bottoms are golden brown.

Toss warm donuts in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture
