Melt Margarine and pour in bottom of a pan.

Add brown sugar to bottom of pan by sprinkling on top.

In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, white sugar, cinnamon and milk.

Chunk up the bread and soak in egg mixture.

Pour in pan and refridgerate 4 hours or over night.

Bake in a 350 Degree oven for 45 minutes or until brown.
