Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 fl. oz.)

Directions:  
Prepare pasta, in separate pot melt 3tbsp butter and wisk flour, mustard for 5 minutes. Stir in mil, onion, bayleaf and paprika. simmer 10 minutes and remove bay leaf. Temper in egg, stir in 3/4 of cheese and season with salt and pepper. Fold in cooked macaroni pour into 2 qt cassarole dish. Top with remaining cheese. melt rest of butter and add the panko. Cover the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
