Directions:  
Cook macaroni until tender & drain. Grate sharp & asiago and set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan and whisk flour into melted butter. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly to make a white sauce.

Add shredded cheeses to white sauce and break sharp american slices into pieces. Stir until well combined. Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce and blend well. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with sliced tomatoes, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until hot throughout.
