Preheat oven to 350 degres. Grease twelve muffin cups. In a large bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Combine bananas, sugars, butter, milk and egg in medium bowl. Mix into dry ingredients. Fold in half of nuts. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Top muffins with remaining nuts. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.
