Directions:  
Toast the rolled oats in a dry pan and add to filling mixture. combine next seven ingredients with oats in mixer bowl and start combining on slow speed. Once most of the flour is absorbed then knead on medium speed for approx. 5 min. Turn out into lightly sprayed bowl and rise for 1 hr.

Combine next four ingredients to make filling.

Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll out into 11" x 17" rectangle. cover with filling and roll up. cut into 12 portions and place into lightly sprayed 13" x 9" baking pan. Cover and let rise approx. 45 min.

combine next three ingredients to make icing

Bake in 375 F oven for approx. 18 min.
Ice as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool or eat hot depending on your preference.
