Directions:

In large bowl, whisk together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In medium bowl beat eggs. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla, mix well.

Pour egg mixture over dry ingredients. Sprinkle with blueberries. Carefully stir until just blended (do not over mix). Pour into 24 mini muffin tins, sprayed with vegetable oil spray.

Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 18 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely.
