Description: A wonderful light and healthy side dish or main meal. The idea came to me from watching Mary Ann Espisito on Ciao Italia.
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 cup)
3  tablespoons
 
 
1  pinch
 
1  ounce
 
1/2  cup
 
1/4  serving
 
1  cup
 
1  pinch

Directions:

add the olive oil to a saute pan

when hot, add the garlic and the crushed red pepper flakes

saute for just a minute or two, don't burn the garlic
4
add the chicken, stir

remove the pan from the heat and add the pasta water and the pasta,

add the peas and cook for 1 minute

if desired, add salt & pepper
