Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Stack tortillas, wrap in tin foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes.

Warm refried beans in a sauce pan for 5 minutes.

Place 4 ounces of warmed refried beans on each tortilla.

Top refried beans on each tortilla with one quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese and one eighth cup of medium salsa.

Fold and roll tortillas into burritos, place on a baking sheet and heat in the oven at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
