Pregeat ovan to 375 degrees

Lightly spray a 13 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish with vegetable oil.

Drain the tomatoes, reserving the liquid in a medium bowl.

In another medium bowl, stir together the drained tomatoes, beans, 1/4 cup plus 2 tbs cheese, and 1/4 cup cilantro.

Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up jelly roll style and place with the seam side down in the baking dish.

Add the enchilada sauce to the reserved tomato liquid. Spoon over the tortillas.

Bake, covered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaing 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cilantro.
