brown beef add fish sauce, add to big mixing bowl

scramble eggs with fish sauce, add to mixing bowl

shred cabbage add to mixing bowl

add softened rice bean threads

mix ingredients in bowl, add fish sauce and soy soauce to taste

heat oil in large skillet

beat egg with water in small bowl

wet edges of egg roll wrapper with egg/water

place handful of mixture from bowl in corner of wrapper, roll 3/4 way, fold edges toward middle and contiue rolling.

after 6-7 are rolled at a time place in skillet and brown each side about 2 mins...

let set on paper towled plate..
