Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Process black beans, sugar, eggs, melted butter, cocoa, vanilla and salt until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to get all the beans. Pour into an 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed and set. Cool before cutting, cut into 16 2 inch squares. While baking the brownies, soak the prunes in some water (or rum!) and warm a little. When soft, puree the prunes into a smooth paste. Beat in the low fat sour cream, icing sugar and melted 70% chocolate. Spread over the slightly cooled brownies.
