Description: I use this to adjust my daily diet-sometimes I am low in carbohydrates or protein, and I can adjust the amount and eat it separately or on a salad. Not roast suckling pig, but tasty in it's own way. Keeps well in fridge-can be made with canned beans

Directions:  
Mix all together in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or on green salad. Store in refrigerator, and can be frozen.
