Place lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a small jar. Cover witrh a tight lid and shake until ingredients are well mixed.

In salad bowl, combine beans, corn, avocado, bell pepper, tomatoes, scallions and cilantro. Shake lime dressing again and pour over the salad. Toss salad to coat ingredients. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
