Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375. Mix applesauce and sugar. Add one egg at a time and beat thoroughly.
Separately mix flour, salt, baking powder. Slowly add to applesacue mixture, mixing well.
Add lemon juice and vanilla and mix just until smooth. Fold in walnuts and blueberries. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
