Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together in mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and whites one at a time.
Slowly add part of the flour mixture to butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Add part of the mashed banana mixture and mix well.
Repeat process with flour and bananas until all is mixed together. Gently stir in fresh blueberries.
Transfer to a greased 9"x5" loaf pan.
Bake 65-70 minutes. Remove from pan and cool before serving.
