Directions:

Combine all liquid ingredients and cinnamon and sweetener packets. Whisk well.

Chop bread into cubes and in a lightly sprayed 9x13 baking dish and bread to the dish

Cover the bread cubes with wet mixture and let sit for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice to make sure all bread is soaked.

Mix in blueberries

Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until all liquid dissolved between cubes.

Allow to cool a bit and serve.
