Heat oven to 425 degrees and line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray bottoms with no-stick cooking spray

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Add combined milk, egg whites, honey, and oil; mix well until all dry ingredients are moistened.

Fill prepared muffin cup or until s 3/4 full and bake 15 - 17 minutes golden brown

- 1/2 teaspoon to dry mix is optional. stir in blueberries or 1 medium mashed ripe banana if desired
