Blueberry bran muffins

1-1/2  cups		flour
1/2  cup		sugar
1/2  cup		bran cereal
1/2  teaspoon		rsp baking powder
1/2  teaspoon		salt
1/2  cup		butter
2		eggs
1/4  cup		almond milk
1-1/2  cups		blueberries

preheat oven to 425
spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray or line with paper cupcake liners
in large bowl combine flour, sugar, bran cereal, baking powder and salt
In a medium bowl whisk together butter, eggs and milk
stir butter mixture into the flour mixture until just combined
gently stir in the blueberries
spoon into prepared pan
bake 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean
cool 10 minutes and remove from pan
