Bread Pudding Cups

1-1/4  cups		lowfat milk
1/2  cup		egg beaters
1/3  cup		sugar
1  teaspoon		vanilla extract
1/8  teaspoon		salt
1/8  teaspoon		ground nutmeg (optional)
9  slices		Wonder Bread, Cinnamon Raisin, cut into 1/2 pieces
1  tablespoon		smart balance, melted

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a medium size bowl, mix together milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Add the bread slices to the mixture, and mix until moistened.
3 Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
4 Place a spoonful of prepared bread mixture into each muffin cup. Evenly drizzle melted margarine over each muffin cup and place in oven.
5 Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the bread mixture is golden brown
