Directions:

Dice turkey bacon and ham and place in skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray, cook until browned

add all diced veggies, sautee

whisk and then add eggs, continue cooking until eggs are done

add cheese and mix

spoon mixture into the middle of the tortilla and then fold in all sides

place on george foreman grill and close the lid, grill until they are nicely browned (5 mins)
