i don't cook the oats as i find they get too mushy, i basically throw all the ingredients in - usually the bananas and blueberries last once it cools down a bit. if its too thick, just add more water. you need to let it sit for a couple of minutes first though before you can tell...otherwise your good to go! quick, easy and healthy!! too simple! :)
