Directions:  
1.Chop 1 Tbsp of scallions and 1/4 cup of green pepper and place into a bowl.
2.Crack 3 egg whites into the bowl of chopped veggies and beat together.
3.Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, then remove and cut into small pieces.
4.Spray a saute pan with cooking spray then add egg white mixture and scramble until almost set.
5.Add the sausage and cook until done. Serve immediately.
