Directions:  
Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and steam it to bright green but still crunchy. Put the chopped red onion into a small strainer and slowly pour the hot water from the steamer through it to soften the onion, then mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cool.
