Description: Flank steak marinated in yogurt, mustard, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce, and broiled.

Clean and trim meat. Score meat in diagonal/diamond pattern across the grain of meat.

In small bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of mustard, chili powder, honey, pepper and minced garlic. Reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade for basting.

Place meat in shallow dish to marinate. Pour marinade over meat, making sure both sides are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning meat at least once.

Broil meat for 5 minutes per side or until done, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

Slice meat across the grain into 1/4-inch strips.

I would "hold" the soy sauce...but the rest sounds delish.

I made this for dinner tonight. I used fat free yougert because that is what I had. It was amazing. I put it on a salad of Belgiam Engive, frisee and radicchio. My husband gave it an A+.
