Add rice, water, salt, green chilis, and onion in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to boil, Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 25 minutes. Add black beans and return to boil. Continue simmering for 10-20 additional minutes or until all water is absorbed. Serve.
