Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a smaller bowl, combine eggs, honey and buttermilk. Whisk together.

Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir until blended.

Pour batter onto hot lightly oiled griddle or electric fry pan. When bubbles appear in batter, turn over pancakes.

Cook until golden brown.

The sodium on this is ridiculous. FITCLICK...is it really necessary to add a 1/2 tsp of salt to this?
